You are welcome to Satyanandashram Hellas to immerse in one week of positivity in a high energy environment, charged with positivity!!!!

Take some days off from your normal routine to enjoy days of constructive living by channeling stress and negativity in a creative manner and learning how to replace the with positivity.

The day will begin with a morning yoga session to start the day on a positive note with a healthy breakfast. During the day, the practice of Pratipaksha Bhavana will be introduced where one learns how to replace negative thoughts with positive ones and yogic techniques such as self analysis on the Yamas and Niyamas (codes of social and personal conduct) Satyananda Yoga Nidra and techniques for Living Consciously will assist one to start thinking and behaving in a positive way.

The program includes theory and practices:
• Yoga sessions (asana, pranayama, mudra, bandha)
• Yoga nidra of Satyananda system of yoga: deep relaxation technique of releasing emotional tension.
• Pratipaksha bhavana (theory and practices)
• Yama Niyama (theory and practices)
• Living consciously (theory and practices)
• The IDY sadhana of 2020 from the Bihar School of Yoga
• Workshop on laughter.
• Sivananda walk (walking pranayama and meditation practice)
• Positivity mantras
• MMJM and havan
• Seva yoga talk (theory and practices)
• Vegeterian meals

Please bring your yoga mat.

There are contributions for the programs. The reduced contribution with early bird booking and full payment is valid till 30 days before the commencement of the program.
